Hatsune Miku miniature

I actually don't know if that's the proper term. It's a sculpture, the first one I've done with full human proportions, or close. It's made of cold porcelain and painted with acrylics. I sculpted it on commission to serve as a cake topper. It has a wire skeleton and I filled some parts with paper and tape to make it lighter and more stable. Even then, the weight of the hair threatened to topple it backwards, so I had to add some porcelain to the base and change the angle.
I'm not entirely satisfied with this one. I could have done some things better if I hadn't been in a bit of a rush, but then again, I would've had to restart it to be satisfied. Also, I could've painted much more accurate details, but I would've had to charge a lot more than agreed. Either way, the customer liked it and I learned a lot. I'm pretty proud of that stupid skirt, or rather awed at the pliability of the material, and very happy with the hair thingies from the future. The face shape is the worst part, so I tried to compensate with the eyes. I think those are nice. Anyway, here she is. Now that I've made it, I've gained confidence for making large sculptures. As long as the cold porcelain has enough humidity, it isn't as difficult a material to work with as I had thought.
The question remains: do Vocaloids have ears?
